A graduate of the University of Florida, Eric understands the local market inside and out. His deep community ties, combined with a data-informed strategy, allow him to position properties effectively and help buyers make smart, confident investments.
Eric isn’t just an advisor—he’s an active investor. Having personally invested in more than 15 properties locally and currently owning and managing short-term rentals, he brings firsthand insight into property valuation, cash flow, renovations, and long-term wealth building. He understands the numbers because he works them himself.
